The intensive curriculum of GISBS spreads over 2 years and is

divided into 4 Semesters. The course commences with a rigorous

one week induction programme, having an intensive focus on

analytical skills, followed by the introduction to general

management concepts in the first semester, after which the

students will undertake projects with companies in the second

semester for 2 months anywhere in India or aboard, Case Study Confluence 2011 was aimed to project the potential of the Indian
