MIDDLE SCHOOL

GIRL’S TRAINING PROGRAM

The Lindbergh High School Volleyball Program is

pleased to offer a spring training program for

7th & 8th grade girls who aspire to play at the

high school level but do not play club or competi-

tive club volleyball. The training focus will be on

the basics of volleyball and is an introduction to

the game at a competitive level. Sessions are at

Truman. Sperreng students will be able to take

the activity shuttle bus to Truman after school

and all participants will need to be picked up at

Truman at 4:30. If they are to ride the activity

bus home, they will need to leave by 4:00.
