ABOUT GIN

The Global Incubator Network (GIN) is Austria’s one stop shop for investors, startups and in cubators. It connects the Austrian startup ecosystem with international partners interested in the Austrian and European markets respectively. Based on international cooperation agreements, it has a special focus on hotspots in Asia (Hong Kong, Singapore, Japan, Israel, South Korea and Mainland China).

As single point of contact, GIN offers customized services for international partners and a variety of programs for Austrian and international startups. GIN is a flagship program initiated by the Austrian government and managed by the public agencies aws and FFG.

goAsia is a tailor-made incubation program for Austrian startups aiming to internationalize to the GIN target countries (Japan, Singapore, Hong

Kong, Israel, South Korea and Mainland China). You will get the opportunity to:

» familiarize yourself with one of the GIN target countries

» get in touch with investors, manufacturing partners, distributors & other stakeholders

» match with a personal startup mentor from the target region

» 2–4 weeks incubation program

» max. 10 startups per batch

» approx. 80% of all expenditures are covered (e.g.: costs for mentoring and coaching, workshops, co-working spaces as well as accommodation and travel costs)
