The following terms and conditions apply for thepurchase of goods from Bright Gift Ideas Ltd, trading under the names gifts.ie and

Birchall’s Gift Baskets (“The Company”):

HAMPER & GIFT BASKET CONTENTSEvery effort is made to strictly conform to the hamper’s description. In the event of a product notbeing available from our local suppliers, we reserve the right to substitute the item for a product ofequal or greater value.

PRICESProduct pricing in this brochure is published on the basis of costs at the time of print. The Companyretains the right to revise our pricing at any time to reflect changes in factors such as operating costs.

PAYMENTWe accept payment via the following methods: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Laser Cards,Bank Transfer, Cheque and Banker’s Draft (made payable to ‘gifts.ie’). Goods will only bedespatched once payment has been received in full.

Credit accounts can be opened for corporate clients, subject to references and on the strictcondition that payment is made within 30 days from date of invoice. Applications must be made inadvance of our peak season, please contact us for more information.

PHOTOGRAPHYWe have made all reasonable efforts to ensure each photograph accurately reflects the gift beingsold. On occasions, there may be minor differences between the gift's appearance in thephotograph and the item delivered due to manufacturing changes beyond our control.

DELIVERYPrices of individual items do not typically include delivery charges. Delivery is charged at €9.95 (€8.22excl. VAT) per delivery address (up to five gifts/hampers). Please contact us for a quotation whenordering more than five products going to one address.

We employ third-party courier services to deliver your hampers and gifts. Claims for non-delivery ordamaged goods must be made within seven working days of the expected delivery date. TheCompany cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if the recipient’s contact details areinsufficient or incorrect. The goods shall be deemed to have been delivered when the courierconfirms receipt of the goods with any person at that address. Where the courier is unable to findsomeone to accept delivery, a calling card will be left for the recipient to contact the courier andarrange collection from the courier’s local depot. If the recipient fails to make contact in good time,the goods are returned to The Company and a charge will be made for re-delivery to the original oran alternative address.

RETURNSUnwanted or unsuitable products may be returned to The Company within seven working days ofreceipt as long as the goods are in their original packaging in a resalable condition. Delivery chargeswill only be refunded if the product is faulty or damaged. Personalised gifts that have beencustomised to a requested specification cannot be refunded. Please contact us in advance ofreturning a product to receive a Product Return Code (PRC) to ensure the item is accurately tracked.

GENERALGoods remain the ownership of The Company until payment is made in full. No persons under 18years of age may place an order with gifts.ie if the goods contain alcohol.
