PRAYER UPDATEGIFT OF HOPE

AGCI’s first Hannah’s Hope home was established in 1994 with the purpose of providing holistic, family-like care to orphans. Over the past 21 years, these homes have served over 4,000 orphans in six countries on four continents. Now we’re expanding our elevated care model by partnering with existing institutions around the world. By training and educating orphanage staff on our Hannah’s Hope model of family-like care, we’re able to reach more orphans with the highest standard of care!

PRAY FOR HANNAH’S HOPE HOMES

Pray for the success of the implementation of this model in existing institutions. Pray that the elevated care the children will receive will change the trajectory of their lives and help them reach their fullest potential.

Many families in Guatemala are led by single mothers who provide for their children by digging through the city dump to find plastics to sell. AGCI partners with a local ministry in Guatemala to provide these women with the vocational skills, education, and counseling they need to strengthen and provide for their families.

PRAY FOR SINGLE MOTHERS IN GUATEMALA

Pray for the single mothers in Guatemala who struggle to provide for their families. Pray that God will work through AGCI to empower these women and lift families out of poverty.

Recently, three children were referred to families in AGCI’s Burundi adoption program. We are praising God for these children and for the growth of this program! We are also working to change the way orphans receive care in Burundi through our Hannah’s Hope model.

PRAY FOR CHILDREN IN BURUNDI

Thank God for the growth of the Burundi adoption program. Pray that God will continue to match children with their forever families and that those waiting will receive exceptional care. Pray for peace and wisdom for families waiting in the adoption program.

As we reflect on 2015, it’s clear how much God has provided for the orphans we serve. We are grateful that we serve a God of abundance and that He is working through others to partner with AGCI in providing family and family-like care to children around the world.

PRAISE GOD FOR HIS GENEROSITY

Praise God for His provision and love for orphans. Pray that He continues to lead His followers in answering His call to care for the fatherless. Pray that He would press upon all of our hearts during this season of giving to care for the world’s most vulnerable.
