Melting is provided in the twin middfrequence furnace by EGES with the capacity 2x6 tons. Thefurnaces are equipped with efficient system of catching of solid emissions produced by BMD GARANT. We cast grey iron in qualities GG-15 to GG-25. GG-25 only under the higher volume ofthe commission. We produce modular iron castings mainly in GGG-50 as well.

Original furnaces are staying as reserve melting equipment(as a security of confirmed supplies to the customers).

In the foundry are casted machine moulded castings into synthetic bentonite mixtures, about weightfrom 1kg to 100kg. The moulding production runs on two automatic moulding lines, whose mouldingmachines come from German company Heinrich Wagner Sinto with the sign HSP-3D and FBO-4. Both lines make possible to set up cores into the mouldings.

� Frame moulding line HSP-3D – moulding runs on the principle ofblowing by pressed air thanks to SEIATSU valves with the followingfinish-pressing. The moulding frames 850x850x200/200 mm are used by moulding on this line with the possibility of increasing of the semi-moulding with 50 mm. The productivity of the line has been designed for50 mouldings per hour.

� Moulding line FBO-4 - it means modern frameless moulding line withhorizontal mould parting with capacity 100 mouldings per hour. Moulddimensions 700x600x180-250/180-250 mm.

The moulding mixture for both lines is prepared in a new sand preparing plant equipped with a modern turbine mixer MTI-2500 by TECHNICAL with automatic regulated process of waterproportioning from company MICHENFELDER and continuous fluidized cooler of returnable mixtureALEX06 by TECHKON. Everything is managed by computer.

We use COLD-BOX technology for the production of the cores.

� The core mixture is prepared on the continuous mixer T36/3 from IMF company, Italy equipped with the RESOL technology withhardening by means of CO2.

� We have been equipped with the automatic core machineBICOR-ROTO 4 and BICOR-DISCO 4, with the volume of shooting ofcore mixture up to 16 litres. On these machines we can produce cores on 4 various core boxes at the same time.

� The core shop has been expanded with the Röper 40 withvolume of shooting of core mixture up to 40 litres. Röper 40 has beendetermined for the production of circuit cores for the shield ofelectromotors and similar cores.

According to the requirement of the customers we deliver the castings just grinded or painted in synthetic red color. We are able to ensure other surface finishing as well, such as coating powder in various color shades or hot-dip galvanizing. By request of the customers we can offer the machining(lathe turning, milling, boring, etc.) both on conventional and on NC and CNC machines.

� Measurement and checking of the machine castings are made on theapparatus Crysta Apex from company Mitutoyo of high quality.

� During matallographicalanalysis we use microscopeOLYMPUS PME3.

� Fastness test is realizedon the ripper.

Qualified workers produce the model equipment from the materials required by the customers. Itmeans these materials – wood, cast resin, aluminium and steel (according to the requirement of the customer and volume of the contract). The maintenance of the model equipment in the possession ofthe customer has been provided. Technical documentation for the pattern production is accepted as classic drawings or in electronical version. In case of delivery of drawings of 3D we are able to ensure to the production of pattern in the term 1 month.

We deliver casting packs on euro pallets or on the customer's pallets. We ensure protection packedwith the plastic shrink foil. We are ready to provide the transport to the customer.
