Communication and Sensory Experience

Exploring communication and exhibiting the experience of sensory impairment.

This project was formed through a series of long, labour intensive processes. The line drawing is representational of a sound recording of the word ‘ship’. A sound changes slightly everytime it is made and therefore the drawn interpretation reflects these subtleties, creating a mutable form of communication.
