Indonesia is still struggling to develop global talents, despite its optimistic economic trends. It is an international fact that Global Indonesians are rare to find. Does this mean that Indonesian talents are less qualified than other Asians for global career? Is it a cultural issue? Or maybe it is the issue of clinging to the archipelago as the comfort zone?
