Responsibilities:

Attend all necessary inspections as identified in the approved Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).

Record and document any and all deviations from the Project Quality Program

Coordinate with the client representatives to ensure that inspections are carried out

expediently.

Generate client Requests for Inspection (RFI) where required providing sufficient notice for

Hold, Witness and Inspection points.

Review the calibration status of any test equipment being utilized on the project ensuring the

equipment is within calibration prior to use.

Material receiving inspection of pipes, fittings, gasket, flanges, bolts and nuts and pipe

Controlling the filler wires and electrodes as per ASME Sec. IIC and

WPS.

Inspection of weld joint preparation, fit up, alignment & dimensional inspection as per

Monitor consumable storage, handling, packing and drying temperature as per project

approved procedure.

WPS.

Welder qualification test (WQT) and procedure qualification test.
