expedition guidesOur English speaking guides will ensure that you have an absolutely phenomenal adventure in safety. Our guides in depth knowledge and experience will guarantee that you get the most out of your trip.

Health and fitnessThe Everest Base Camp Expedition requires that all participants are fit enough to walk from 4 – 6 hours per day for the whole expedition. During the expedition you will be ascending as you walk, this combined with altitude makes the expedition relatively strenuous. The effects of altitude effect people differently, but it is common for participants to experience mild headaches on the expeditions after a day of ascending. However the effects of altitude usually subside after a few hours as your body naturally adjusts. To aid the acclimatization process we factor in two acclimatization days. We require that anybody with past medical conditions seek medical advice before enrolling on an expedition.
