Technical Service Help-Line
Specially trained engineers on the help-line answer your
technical questions. Problems are often solved imme diately
by telephone. Even if on-site support is necessary, the Tech-
nical Service Help-Line can diagnose the problem and select
the right spare-parts before dispatching a field service engi-
neer. Customers who have attended mainten ance courses
get the best results from this service. The Technical Service
Help-Line is open daily during normal working hours.
Field Service
A high level of product knowledge is guaranteed, due to
frequent internal trainings that update our engineers. Do not
accept “low cost” alternatives that can result in multiple
service visits and numerous parts to diagnose repairs – this
will result in longer downtimes and increased costs to you.
We measure and monitor our field service performance.
Our first time fix rate (problem resolved with a single visit)
is over 90%.

on services. We offer a wide range of services to fit your indi-
vidual needs. You could select your services out of the basket
and build up your individual service package. You could also
define the period of your service contracts, from 1 year to

Efficient PC Simulator software for your CNC training
We offer simulator software, which is ideal for training and
presentation. NCGuide simulates the CNC operator environ-
ment featuring, by selection, ISO programming or FANUC
Job Shop Programming Software MANUAL GUIDE i whilst
NCGuidePro additionally provides development tools as used
by machine builders and OEMs. Both these products run on
standard PC equipment with no need for additional hard-
ware.
The simulation emulates exactly the CNC, which means
programs can be written, tested and optimised on the PC
bringing productivity gains by working off the machine.
Simulators fit to a classroom situation and so both educa-
tional and industrial training is easily implemented result-
ing in better educated and highly motivated staff.
NCGuide and NCGuidePro are available with single or multi-
seat licences. A specified number of workstations (PCs) can
run NCGuide/NCGuidePro whilst connected to a server. This
is the ideal solution for a dedicated training room or develop-
ment team.
Documentation
We provide with “quaeroCNC” a complete electronic docu-
mentation with search facilities on CNCs, amplifiers, drives
and laser technology in many languages. The Multilanguage
operator and maintenance manuals and unique facilities now
held on a single DVD offering extremely fast search times.

Machine retrofit
For most companies, machine tools represent significant
capital investments and must therefore maintain their viabil-
ity for many years. Keeping them updated with the latest
FANUC CNC control technologies via a CNC retrofit is one
way companies are doing that successfully today. In most of
the cases retrofitting or rebuilding a machine tool could be a
very fruitful operation. Aging and high maintenance
machines will receive a new lease of life.
Retrofitting is typically a low-cost alternative to purchasing a
new machine tool. It will improve mean-time between fail-
