Suggested Preparation InstructionsRegardless of preparation method, all wings should be cooked until internal temperature of 74˚ C (166˚ F) is achieved. For best results, prepare wings after thawing 48 hours under refrigeration.

Combi Oven: Preheat oven with steam to 180˚ C (360˚ F). Place frozen wings on baking tray and heat 12-16 minutes.

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 190˚ C (375˚ F). For frozen wings, place on a baking tray and heat 30-35 minutes. For thawed wings, follow same procedure and reduce cooking time to 15-18 minutes.

Grill: For frozen, place wings on a medium hot grill for 25-30 minutes. Turn once for extra crispy wings. For thawed wings, follow the same procedure and reduce cooking time to 12-15 minutes.

Deep-Fry: Deep fry from frozen at 175˚ C (350˚ F) for 6-8 minutes, or until internal temperature is reached.
