2 Items must be brand new, unused and latest product Bidder is to mention the year ofproductionofitems(Yearofproductjonnotbefore2020).

3. Warranty period of the item shaH be minimum o1/ 02/ 03 year (as app"cable). Warranty periodwillbestartedfromthedateofsatlsfactoryacceptanceoftheitembyBAF

:;derDeliveryoftheitemsaretobecompletedwlthjn7daysfromthedateofreceivingthepurchases

5. BAF may disqualify a bidder/supplier who has previous record of poor performance, such asabandonjngtheworks,notproperlycompletingthecontract,excessivedelaytosupplythecontracteditems, litigation history of financial failures.

6. BAF may disqualjfy any offered equipment/item which model of equipment/Item has previousrecordofdissatjsfactoryperformanceduringoperation/functionalcheckinBAF.

7 lf Items are found unsatisfactory/unserviceable during functional check or within the warrantyperiod, that must be replaced/ repaired free of cost by the suppller withln 07 days from the date ofreporting.

8. Ifthe supplier fails to repai„ replace an item under warranty clajm within the stipulated days asgivenabove,thenthewarrantyperiodwouldbeextendedbythenumberofdaysofdelayinrepairing/replacing the item/ equipment under warranty.

9. Physlcahnspectlon of the Item wHl be carried out atAir HQ(U) Sup and functional check of theitemw"becarriedoutjnpresenceofsupplier'srepresentative(ifrequjred)atBAFCommunit.TheitemsaretobehandedovertoBAFbythesupplierlnserviceableandoperationalcondjtion.Ifitemsare found unservjceable/ improper during Inspection/ acceptance check is to be replaced withserviceable one by the supplier within 07 days

10 BAF reserves the right to increase/decrease the quantity of items depending on the cost andrequirement.

12. Part payment and part delivery: Not allowed

13 Compliance of the tender terms and conditions should be mentioned in the quotation by thebidder as per the sequence given above.

15 Any otherterms and condltions not covered here wHl be as perBAF rules and regulations
