Cancellation Policy:If the trip is cancelled, the attendee who gave their own money toward the trip will be due a refund. However, if they received donations from outside donors, Cottonwood Creek may use the donations for other participants, other mission trips, or future mission trips.

Age Requirements:The minimum age for national trips is 3rd grade and international mission trips minimum age is 12 years old.  This policy is in place for safety and liability reasons. Also, any child under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.  If a minor is attending with someone besides their parents, a consent to travel form must be filled out and notarized.

Fundraising Policy : Checks must be made out to Cottonwood Creek in order for the funds to be tax deductible. Also, Cottonwood Creek Baptist Church may use the donations for other participants, other mission trips, or future mission trips in the event that the selected participant received excess designated funds or the indicated participant does not go on the trip. The amounts paid by the donor or by a trip participant are not refundable.
