I like learning about stuff, but the work training isn't very good. I just listen to podcasts, watch TED talks and sometimes read. The Global Leadership Forecast 2018 surveyed over 25,000 leaders. What did leaders say they wanted from training? What do global leaders say is needed in training programs? They are driving remote working and digital connections because what they want is to know they make a difference and that their contributions have value for the company. Millennials demand technology that will allow them to learn, work and collaborate effectively and virtually.
