STEP 01/08 Create an Account at Chase.com On the home page, click “Log In or Enroll”, and then select “Enroll in Chase Online.”

STEP 02/08 Enter Identification Information and Choose your User ID First, enter your account, credit or debit card numbers in the space provided. Then, enter your social security or tax ID number.

Create a User ID that you’d like to use when accessing your accounts online, and click “Next.”

To ensure the security of your account, we’ll need to confirm your identity. Choose how you’d like to receive your temporary identification code, and click “Next.”

Then read and accept all terms and conditions on our Legal Agreements page, and click “Next.”

STEP 06/08 Read and Accept the Terms and Conditions

Create a password using the criteria in the “Your Password” box.

Confirm that all of your contact information is correct, and click “Next.”

STEP 07/08 Add Additional Convenient Services Select the additional services that you would like to enroll, and click “I Consent.”

NOTE: You’ll also have the ability to enroll in these services in the My Accounts page at any time when logged into Chase.com.

STEP 08/08 Enrollment Complete Once you see the confirmation page, click “Go To My Accounts” to start banking online.

ONLINE BANKING OVERVIEW

The “My Accounts” Homepage The “My Accounts” homepage is a snapshot of all your accounts, where you can view your account activity, statements, upcoming payments, and more.

From here, you can easily access more details on each account by selecting the “See Activity” link.

The “Account Activity” Page The “Account Activity” page provides a detailed summary of your transactions.

To navigate, you can either scroll, or use the “Search Transactions” feature to find a specific activity by type, date, amount, or even check number.

Use quick links to frequently used account management features to ordering checks or deposit slips… Stop a payment on a check… Create account nicknames, and more.

Payments & Transfers Tab Moving money is easy using the Payments & Transfers tab. You can pay your bills, transfer funds, and even send payments directly to other people by accessing Chase QuickPaySM.

Transfer Money To transfer money, simply select “Schedule a Transfer”, from Payments & Transfers tab.

On the “Transfer Money” page, choose which accounts you want to transfer to and from, and enter the amount.

You can perform a one-time transfer or set up repeating transfers, where you can customize the frequency and number of transfers to perform. Select a transfer date, and click “Next.”

You can even set up external bank accounts to transfer money between your eligible Chase and non-Chase accounts within the “Payments & Transfers” tab.

Click “Schedule Transfer” on the verification page if the information is correct. You’ll then see a confirmation page along with a transaction number for your reference.

Log Off To help protect your account information, it’s important to properly log off when you’re finished banking online.
