To ensure the security of your account, we’ll need to confirm your identity. Choose how you’d like to receive your temporary identification code and click “Next.”

First, enter your Chase account, credit or debit card numbers in the space provided. Then, enter your Social Security or tax ID number.

Create a user ID that you’d like to use when accessing your accounts online and click “Next.”

STEP 04/08Enter Your Temporary Identification CodeOnce you receive your temporary identification code, enter it in the space provided and click “Next.”

Read and accept all terms and conditions on the Legal Agreements page and click “Next.”

STEP 06/08Read and Accept the Terms and Conditions

Create a password using the criteria in the “Create your Password” box.

Confirm that all of your contact information is correct, and click “Next.”

STEP 07/08Add Additional ServicesSelect any additional services that you’d like and click “I Consent.”

NOTE: You’ll also have the ability to enroll in these services at any time when signed in to chase.com.

Once you see the confirmation page, click “Go To My Accounts” to start banking online.

The Accounts Dashboard is a snapshot of all your accounts, where you can view your balances and account activity, access statements, see messages about your latest activity and upcoming payments, and more.

From here you can easily toggle between accounts by selecting different account tiles to view balances and account activity at a glance.

View Transaction DetailsTo view transaction details, you can either scroll or search to find a specific activity by type, date, amount or even check number.

Moving money is easy — you can pay bills, use Chase QuickPaySM to pay people, transfer money and view payment activity all from one place.

Under “Things you can do,” you’ll find quick links to frequently used account management features like ordering checks or deposit slips, stopping a payment on a check, creating account nicknames and more.
