CHECKING FOR REPAIR SOFTWARE

Caution: While upgrading the device, the phone is unusable and user should not manually power down until the upgrade process is completed. Disconnecting the device during the upgrade process can render the device inoperable.

REPAIR DEVICE If device repair software is available you can begin the process by selecting the device and clicking on Repair.

+ Device will be repaired with the latest available software + Progress will be displayed in the process bar and on device

REPAIRING A DEVICE IN A BAD STATEIf you have a device that does not fully power up to the home screen you can perform the repair using the SRA tool. Simply put the device in Boot Mode so it can be detected by SRA.

Follow the below steps to get started. + Power off device using the power key + Power back up in Boot mode by simultaneously pressing the power and volume down keys + Release the volume down key then the power key + Device will power up in boot mode and show recovery options + With SRA running on PC, connect device to PC via USB cord + SRA will check for repair possibility and if repair is possible the repair will be offered. + Click the Repair button to start the process

USER DATA ERASE OPTION+You will be provided the option to erase or keep your personal data during the repair+In some instances, erasing your personal data may help repair your device.
