Lakeland MyChart is an Internet-based tool that provides you with access to certain confidential medical information about yourself released at the discretion of your physicians and health providers. It’s safe, convenient, secure, and all about you!

Please note that MyChart includes only medical information gathered from a Lakeland HealthCare facility or physician office using our electronic health record system. This includes imaging and lab test results.
