I feel that I am a different person now - I actually use some of the techniques at work, for example, when I’m nervous taking assembly in front of all the pupils. My winter work helping my technique and your help with my mind, my golf is in a good place at the moment, Kindest Regards Libby” “Dear Kitrina, Following your workshop I shot a net 65 and got cut two shots! Thank you for helping me focus and forget the bad shots, and of course 'keep my head still' rather than down! Best wishes, Carol”

OUTLINE 10 am Coffee & pastries* 10.30 Introduction and Session 1: Understanding Your Motivation & Confidence

Drawing on my research with some of the world’s leading professional golfers, Olympic and paralympic athletes, I show the types of ways that women are motivated and why motivation and confidence influence how you perform. I provide examples of how to eradicate bad habits, become more confident, not just of your golf, but in other areas of life as well.

12: 00 Break for two-course lunch and informal questions during lunch break* 1pm Session 2: Concentration & Attention

I show delegates how to identify problematic mental processes, and how to take more control of your body, thoughts and swing under pressure. I reveal some of the ‘tricks’ that top professional athletes employ to help them cope with pressure, anxiety and loss of concentration, show golfers of all standards how to become more focussed, how to maintain your rhythm and tempo, how to disregard irrelevant and negative thoughts. These easy to learn skills will help you become more prepared for important events, and even things like making a speech when you win the trophy!
