THE DUAL TRAINING GRANT APPROACH

A dual-training model pairs on-the-job training with related instruction to generate a comprehensive platform for learning.

As an employer, your company or organization may be awarded up to $150,000 a year ($6,000 for each trainee) to cover the expenses related to an employee’s instruction toward attaining an industry recognized degree, certificate or credential.

This approach has proven to increase worker retention among employers who received the grant and trainee professional growth.
