It all began in 2005 on a trip to Costa Rica. There we discovered the Zip line: an adrenaline-filled experience immersed in nature. We had to take it home to Alto Adige.
We suspected it wouldn’t be easy, and on test day we were proved right: the cables were too steep and the arrival speed excessive. But we don’t lack determination, and when faced with a problem we are good at finding solutions. The idea came from super-fast magnetic levitation trains: a pulley with a magnetic brake.
Nothing similar had ever been used on Zip lines, so we did it all by ourselves. We designed and built the component, and it worked. Did we mention that we don’t give up easily?
This innovation allowed us to open in 2008 our first Zip line, the largest in Europe. And from that day on we have never stopped: we build Zip lines all over the world, setting new standards in the sector. We look for new challenges to overcome, knowing that to achieve new goals, you have to do things never done before.
A Zip line is an attraction, an amusement park, a challenge to ourselves.
A load-bearing cable connects two points at different heights. Riders are fitted with a harness. Gravity is the only engine, giving customers the primordial thrill of flight.
A Zip line system may include several parallel cables and intermediate stations, to increase capacity while adapting to the geomorphology.
We constantly upgrade the structures and components of our Zip lines, aiming to create a sensory experience, a journey towards intense emotions in maximum safety.

We’ll take care of every step of your Zip line system’s creation. All you need is two anchor points – top and bottom – and a slope.
NATURAL SITES
We can easily install Zip lines in a wide range of natural sites. Our components have been tested and are resistant to extreme temperatures, from –30 to +50 C°, as well as strong gusts of wind, rain and sand. The only essential requirement is a slope.
MAN-MADE SITES WITH MOVABLE STRUCTURES
A Zip line is made to astonish and it doesn’t fall at the first hurdle. Taking this attraction in places never experienced before is the most stimulating challenge for us.
Thanks to our movable structures, we install Zip lines in man-made settings such as stages, city parks, and urban areas.
We only use certified frameworks, because for us safety is number-one concern.
MAN-MADE SITES WITH STATIC STRUCTURES
A Zip line can safely be constructed on man-made sites with static structures, such as stadiums and high-rise buildings. Our aim is to design the Zip lines to best fit the specific setting.
We follow every phase, from site inspection to design, from construction to testing and certification.
SITE INSPECTION
After an initial document-based evaluation of the chosen location has been made, we survey the Zip line site:
with drones, to map the chosen area and create a 3D plan of the territory
with satellites, to conduct remote research, collaborating with geospatial partners
Investment at this stage is minimal, and will be deducted from the cost of the main project if you decide to go ahead.

This allows us to drastically reduce construction costs.
TESTING AND CERTIFICATION
All our Zip lines are tested to ensure their safety, and finally certified. To guarantee the highest compliance, our Zip lines are designed in collaboration with certification authorities. Usually these are TÜV and IFT in Stuttgart, but we may also use other authorities when necessary.
TRAINING
We offer on-site training courses to prepare operators to run the Zip line. The training will cover the daily management operations and emergency procedures.
MAINTENANCE
How much maintenance does a Zip line require? Very little. Our systems are designed to resist wear and tear, thus minimizing running costs.
Ordinary maintenance can be carried out easily by the management of the park (instruction and maintenance manuals are provided).Extraordinary maintenance is handled by us, as we continue to guarantee high safety standards over the years.
MAGNETIC-INDUCTION CHECKING OF CABLES
Using a device which detects 20.000 points per second, we check the integrity of our cables. All data is processed in real time and sent to the lab. This system is totally reliable and ensures safety while lowering inspection and certification time.
Providing customers with a pure adrenalinic experience in the maximum safety is a priority in the adventure tourism sector.
For this reason our Zip line components truly are the focus of our efforts and creativity. Designed, developed and tested in collaboration with excellence firms of the field, our components are real technological gems, certified according to EU and international regulations for cable based transportation systems.

COMPONENTS
Our suppliers are world leading manufacturers of cables certified for the transport of people: minimal wear and the highest safety levels.
The cables are not greased, for steady speed and braking performance and a better overall experience.
The tensioned, load-bearing cable connects the upper and lower stations and is anchored to both in compliance with legal standards.

A FINE PIECE OF TECHNOLOGY
MAGNETIC PULLEY
MINIMUM MAINTENANCE
Designed to resist extreme weather conditions such as rain, ice and strong winds.
The magnets withstand high temperatures (up to 60 °C) avoiding the risk of demagnetization.
All components are tested for resistance to wear and tear, so maintenance is minimal.
COUPLING SLOTS
There are two coupling slots: one is the main carrier and the other is for safety.
They are rounded for added strength and maximum alignment with the carabiner.
The engaging holes are positioned for maximum grip even on steep cables.
DESIGN OF THE PULLEY
The result of years of testing. The pulley suitable for all types of cable, which runs silently and retains maximum grip even in rain, snow, ice or sand. This means it can be used at any time of year.
Self-braking pulley with magnetic brakes, devised and assembled by us.

We work constantly to raise safety standards, focusing on every single component of our Zip lines. For this reason we have created an anti-tamper key to adjust the Magnetic Pulley, accessible by operators only.

Dynamic Braking System 2.0 is designed to facilitate the operator’s work and to boost the flying experience.
KEY STRENGTHS:
Fully automatic: the rider arrives at the landing platform without manual intervention from the operator. Coupling of the pulley and brake system is automatic, as well as the brake application itself (electric or manual).
Personalized braking: detects the rider’s weight and adjusts the landing accordingly. From adrenaline-packed flight to smooth landing in just a few meters.
Maximum comfort: the only thing the rider has to do is enjoy the fly.
Guaranteed efficiency: the system ensures correct operation in all conditions, even in the absence of electricity.
Smart technology for maximum safety and durability. We use only highly resistant materials, to ensure the system remains effective in any situation. We carry out stress testing both in the lab and on the Zip line, even in extreme conditions.

100% SAFE DEPARTURES
START SYSTEM 2.0Our Start System 2.0 is activated only when all safety devices are in place, making the rider launch fast and safe.
The operator hooks the pulley into the starting device on the cable, which leaves both hands free to secure the rider and to prevent premature departure.
The system can be used on multiple lines to start all riders simultaneously.
In case of emergency, the operator inserts a lever to activate departure manually.

COMFORT AND SAFETY
EQUIPMENT
HARNESSES
The harness is an essential item to make riders feel comfortable and safe. We provide three easily wearable types of harness, for different styles of ride:
Standard flight: we use Navaho Bod Fast by Petzl, the best harness on the market. Suitable for Zip lines with a high rate of rides, it is guaranteed for 10 years. Extremely easy to use, it allows riders to be ready for the take off in 10-20 seconds.
Horizontal ride: for this style, also known as angel flights, we provide a practical and comfortable zip-up harness designed for maximum riders’ enjoyment.
Chair rides: the seat harness is designed to make the flight safe and comfortable. There’s no buckle: it’s worn like a garment.
We choose all equipment items with the same care and attention we devote to the major components of the Zip line.
ADRENALINE CONSTRUCTIONS IS OFFICIAL SELLER
CARABINERS
We use high-strength Vulcan carabiners by Petzl. Made from steel and highly resistant to cable friction, these connectors are perfect for frequent use. For maximum safety, they are impossible to tamper with.
STAINLESS STEEL CARABINERS
Standard carabiners in superior grade AISI 316 stainless steel. Tested and guaranteed for breaking strength. Completely reliable in marine environments.
DIRECTIONAL DEVICE
Lightweight and compact, the directional device is placed under the carabiner and allows the rider to hold on and face the direction of flight, preventing turning. The coupling device is spaced at a distance from the pulley, avoiding the accidental touching of the cable by the rider.
LANYARDS AND HELMETS
The double lanyard is contained in a sheath to prevent tangling around the rider.
Helmets are easy to put on, comfortable, certified and easy to clean.
AUTOMATION
A state-of-the-art system for automatic management of the Zip line: wear monitoring, constant remote assistance, speed up of ordinary activities, maximum safety and performance.
TRAFFIC LIGHT SYSTEM
This device uses LED lights to prevent premature departure or collisions between riders: the traffic light only turns green when all the safety measures are activated.

ON-RIDE CAMERA
A system of cameras placed at strategic points to take fantastic high quality shots which riders can buy as an unforgettable souvenir of their flight. The professional SLR cameras can operate in any weather.
ELECTRIC AND HYDRAULIC PLATFORM
The rider is always hooked on a cable higher than the access platform, to prevent accidental collisions. The electric-hydraulic lifting platform is built into the floor of the station and is raised by a push button, therefore simplifying the unhooking of the rider. Once the operation is complete, the platform sinks back down into the floor.
CABLE TENSIONING KIT
We provide easily adjustable hooks and clamps for tensioning cables, reducing running costs for the Zip line.
PEOPLE COUNTER
How many people ride your Zip line each day? How frequently are specific monitoring and maintenance operations carried out? The people counter allows us to monitor the numbers on your Zip line and offer you our full service assistance: we’ll let you know when it’s time for maintenance.
WEATHER STATION
Platforms can be equipped with weather stations to measure wind speed and keep an eye on all weather alert parameters.
VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
A system of webcams to monitor the Zip line 24 hours a day. Technologically advanced video cameras guarantee excellent night vision. Thermal imaging makes it possible to detect people even in the dark.
Streaming the webcams will be a great promotional tool: riders can get a preview of the Zip line experience and check the weather conditions directly on the website.
SKYWALK
Adventure continues at the end of the ride: the floors of the platforms can be made of transparent material, giving a skywalk effect.
CONNECTING PLATFORMS
Optical fiber cables placed on the signal cable allow data and power to be transported without effort.
Electric cables built into the signal cables can supply electricity to all the stations in the circuit, even those without electricity and in the most inaccessible places.
PHOTOVOLTAIC PLANT
Platforms can be wholly independent of electricity supply if equipped with our photovoltaic systems. When the sun is not shining, battery packs make the platform autonomous for 48 hours.
NIGHT LIGHTING
Want to increase the productivity of your Zip line? By adding a lightning system you will be able to offer night flights. Flying by night under the moon and stars will make your Zip line an irresistible attraction.
EQUIPMENT COLLECTION BOXES
Perfect for rapid collection of pulleys, harnesses and helmets. The operators at the arrival station load the equipment into the boxes, which are then winched back up to the departure point along the Zip line cable.
LASERS
We offer the installation of laser lighting: the light beam follows the course of the Zip line from top to bottom, giving an amazing scenic effect. Perfect to draw attention from afar.
SPECIAL EFFECTS
We work hard to make every Zip line unique. Optional extras include water screens for visual projections of images and videos, and tunnels to fly through. The only limit is your imagination!
ARTICULATED ARM
The simple, innovative system to manage all the Zip line’s technical and logistical operations. Easily manageable, the operator will be able to keep the controls within reach at all time, without interfering with other tasks.

We provide technical off site support with the most reliable technologies. A prompt service to ensure perfect functioning at all times and fast and accurate maintenance operations.
