OPTION ONE – Your Property Featured on the DU Website Market your listing to all DU donors. To be eligible, you’re asked to donate at least $250 annually to DU. Property Qualification (not all guidelines are required) • Recreational hunting property • 100+ acres • Wetlands present • Good duck hunting environment Property has significant conservation as determined by DU • Easement preferred If your property meets these guidelines and the following items are agreed on, UCRE can present the property to DU for consideration: An upfront donation of $1,000 is required. This amount will be netted against the amount otherwise due to DU at closing. Should your property be featured, you must agree to donate 5% of your commission to DU. If the buyer comes from DU, you agree to make a charitable donation to DU for 10% of the total gross commission. This will be netted against the amount otherwise due to DU at closing. OPTION TWO – Exclusive Marketing to the DU Donor List Market your listing exclusively to the DU donor list. To be eligible, you’re asked to donate at least $250 annually to DU.
