Could your child use an extra boost academically? Would it help to review last year’s material and/or get ahead start for the upcoming school year? Highland Park ISD is offering classes in the core instructional areas of Reading, Writing, and Math for students enrolled in grades 1-5 during the 2016-2017 school year. The classes are designed for families who are interested in giving their child an “EDGE” up for the next grade. Students will sharpen their skills from the previous year and/or be given a sneak preview of some of the TEKS from the next year’s curriculum. The tuition for each session is $150. Class size is limited and classes have a low student teacher ratio. Classes are formed in the order registration and payment is received. After classes are filled, a waiting list will be established in the order registration and payment is received.
