Results of the 1st Open Enrollment Period
Residents of SE PA were far more likely to choose a plan on healthcare.gov than people in other parts of the state.
Research found people were much more likely to enroll when they had face-to-face help.
5-county area accounted for 46.7% of all those enrolled in PA
Highest enrollment statewide was Upper Darby, PA.
