~Try it out~

1. All animals are made of basic shapes. How many shapes do you see in this picture?

3. Finally, let’s try gesture drawing! Lightly redraw the shapes you made in step 2, then add in the details you see later. Time yourself so you only get 5 minutes to draw.

Bonus See if you can draw the ox in 2 minutes. Is there a difference if you take 10 minutes to draw it?

2. Trace the shapes that you see in the Ox. Compare how big and small the shapes are. How much space is in between each shape?
