Written Application, Evaluation:
General principles:
- Starting always with the 1st. priorities
- Double check: „Four eyes principle“
- Candidates‘ scoring system: A to C (incl. +/-)
- Criteria always dependent on the ToR
- Questionnaire responses from each IO define the respective
requirements
Common Criteria (mandatory):
- Master‘s or equivalent qualifications completed?
- Level of English language skills proficient?
- Academic studies and professional experience in relevant field?
- At least 2 years‘ relevant professional experience

Before the interviews
▬ Meeting of interview panel: BFIO, Ministry for Economic Cooperation
and Development, Foreign Office, relevant divisions of ministries and
think-tanks
• Discuss interview questions
• Allocate time slots for questions
▬ Up to six candidates - upon arrival:
• Check university degrees/diplomas
• Check times of work experience
• Updated motivation letter/CV
• All personal data is collected in compliance with the EU General
Data Protection Regulation (DGPR)

Written test – one hour
▬ Candidates receive a topical text in English and must:
• Summarize/analyze the text
• Give their opinion
• Prepare a short presentation
• Present their text to the panel
▬ No mobile phones and personal belongings allowed in the test room
▬ No internet
