Asparagus with Pancakes and Champions
For four persons: 250g flour ½ liters of milk 3-4 eggs Salt Pepper mixed herbs squeezed garlic 350g asparagus 10 champions 250g vegetables 30g butter
Ingredients
Pancake dough
Pour the flour in a bowl Mix the milk, eggs, pepper, the clove of garlic and
the herbs Push a hole in the middle of the flour and put the
mixed things in there Then mix all together, till it is thick dough. Leave the dough for 20 minutes.
The Stuffing
Wash, peel and cut the asparagus in pieces and put it for ten minutes in Saltwater
Wash the Champignons and cut it in slices Put the butter in the pan and heat it up Put the vegetables and the herbs in the pan
and heat it on low temperature Don’t forget to turn it a few times!
Bake the pancake
Heat butter or fat in a pan Add the pancake dough with a dipper Weep the pan until everything is distributed
baked from both sides gold-brown.
Arrange
Distribute the vegetables on the pancake Then fold them and sprinkle it with fresh herbs Place the pancakes at 100° in the oven.
