CLAUDIA MÜNSTER - Senior Search Consultant DACH

German national who brings more than 16 years experience in senior level executive search and career consultancy, working for UK and US American companies, including MRI International, Ogilvie & Associates, Ellis Fairbanks and DHR International. Claudia has recruited across a variety of sectors, predominantly industry, manufacturing, engineering technology, medical/pharmaceutical and automotive.

Previously, she has recruited a large number of roles such as Engineers, Sales & Marketing Managers/Directors, Supply Chain professionals of all levels, Project and Programme Managers as well as Production Planners up to Managing Director and VP level. Amongst major clients were Corning Inc., Alstom, Tyco, Roche, Sumitomo, Aston Martin and Baker Hughes throughout Germany and Switzerland. ESZTER NAGY - Associate Consultant DACH

 Originally from Hungary, Eszter Nagy has recently joined the DACH team of Hudson International & Emerging Market. She will be focusing on projects within the engineering technology, automotive and medical device sectors specifically in Germany and Austria in by searching and networking for professionals in sales & marketing, manufacturing, engineering and mid-level management.  

Fluent in German and English with a good command of Russian, prior to Hudson Eszter worked more than seven years in the hospitality and marketing industry in Hungary, UK and Germany where she acquired great interpersonal and research skills. 

Eszter holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics  with specialisation in Tourism and Marketing in German language.
