• The heat used in geothermal energy is constantly stored deep below the earth’s surface, where temperatures can reach in excess of 9,000 degrees Farenheit
• This heat can be used to generate electricity with steam powered plants
Transportation
• Pipelines can transport heated water to homes everywhere
• Basic power lines can transport generated electricity just as they do now
Uses
• Can be directly used for heating of buildings and water
• Can be indirectly used to power homes and buildings
