The motion carried unanimously. MINUTES Dr. Retterbush made a motion, seconded by Dr. Butler to approve the July 11, 2013 minutes. Phyllis White gave an update on the Pain Clinic applications.


August 8-9, 2013 EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR’S REPORT LaSharn Hughes, Executive Director, presented the following information for the Board’s review: Dr. White motioned to go into Closed Session. Dr. Antalis seconded the motion and it carried unanimously.

1. Randy Lentz, M.D. requested a letter from the Board to send to Medicaid that he is in good standing with the Board and that the Board endorses that he be allowed to enroll in Medicaid. Board advised - the Board does not send endorsement letters.

2. Revisited denial of Orthotics and Prosthetics licensure for ABC waiver. Approved request

Dr. Weil declared the Session in Recess LAW ENFORCEMENT ACTION REPORT Tony Winborn, Director of Investigations, presented the Law Enforcement Report for the Boards review. Dr. Butler made a motion. Ms. Kinlaw seconded the motion to accept the following report as amended. The motion carried. The Board took the following actions:
