GPA: 2.586 SUNY Ulster Graduated: May. 14,2009 Associates of Science Focused on Geology. GPA: 3.74 Skills Summary Geology: Geological field mapping, rock and mineral identification, use of polarizing light microscopes, XRD and SEM Computer: Microsoft office suite, miniTabs, Leapfrog geo, Solidworks, Petra, ArcGIS, limited experience with Kingdom suites. Projects and Relevant Experience Mineral Exploration Design Final Project: Study limited real world bore hole data with the purpose of identifying and modeling mineralization on the prospect. Analyze mineralization data and combine with local geological trends to define a proposed ore body. Construct a drill plan for the following season, designed to test my model. Present model and drill plan to a mock board of directors for consideration. Interdisciplinary Petroleum design: Worked with students from other departments to develop an exploration and production plan and bid for a field in northern Colorado. Responsible for analyzing drill core data, identifying faults, accumulating accurate cost data to generate the bid, including property leasing, and mineral rights costs. Present plan and bid to a panel of professors and industry representatives. Epics II (GIS): I accumulated and analyzed data pertaining to groundwater flow and aquifer depth and environmental susceptibility to chemical spills. Generate a map highlighting hazards along phase IV of the keystone XL pipeline. Based on this data I was able to propose alternate routs at similar costs. Presented findings to professor and industry contact. Awards and Acknowledgements Deans List/ SUNY Ulster I was awarded deans list for three consecutive semesters during my time at SUNY Ulster. Tutor/ SUNY Ulster I tutored students in several subjects over the course of two years, including math (College Algebra – Calculous), Chemistry 1 and 2, and all levels of geology courses. Study limited real world bore hole data with the purpose of identifying and modeling mineralization on the prospect.

Analyze mineralization data and combine with local geological trends to define a proposed ore body.

Construct a drill plan for the following season, designed to test my model. Present model and drill plan to a mock board of directors for consideration.

Interdisciplinary Petroleum design: Worked with students from other departments to develop an exploration and production plan

and bid for a field in northern Colorado. Responsible for analyzing drill core data, identifying faults, accumulating accurate cost data

to generate the bid, including property leasing, and mineral rights costs. Present plan and bid to a panel of professors and industry representatives.

Epics II (GIS): I accumulated and analyzed data pertaining to groundwater flow and aquifer depth and

environmental susceptibility to chemical spills. Generate a map highlighting hazards along phase IV of the keystone XL pipeline. Based on this data I was able to propose alternate routs at similar costs. Presented findings to professor and industry contact.
