You might not think of Leicester as being a funky place but it is and that’s where The Funk Collec-tive hail from. They’ve all grown up together listening to funk, creating funk, doing all things for the love of funk. Our musicians have individually worked with or supported some well-known artists, including Soul II Soul, Mark Morrisson and BB King. Now they’re together playing some of their favourite tunes and working on original material.
