The meaning of words

We live in a world, where the truth must be hide. If you don't think like the establishment, youmust hide your tough and try to live in a more fashion way. You could easily get in jail or kill, for usingwords. I think that words are only attached to concept of tough, and that a man cannot be judge for istough, but only by his action. But I am certainly not from the elite of our society, and like you, I muststay in the dark, and thinking without really conceptualize, to not get cough, and die in prison, likesome of us. You may think I am a coward, but the fact of life and law of nature will certainly won overtime, and I must keep working to get as much possible for the future of Human kind.

That has been said, I am very sorry for my poor English language, and let's take a look on whatI got...

The golden number

The Greek civilization, because they where a great nation, discovered a lot of knowledge.Technologically they where unmatched. They founded the PI number, that describe the proportion ofthe diameter of a circle related to the circumference of it. Also, they where interested in the PHInumber, that provide an other way to find PI but using the space geometry. In fact PHI is PI but in3D, because we have to understand that without the work of Euler, the tool that is infinitesimalmathematics, was not existing. So without going to the detail of it, when you build an tetrahedronwith a large number of face (with the golden number), you can get the value of the relation between PIand PHI. But, all this is a lot theoretical, lets consider the practical meaning they where using of this.

The conception of what is beautiful, is related directly to that proportion, because for theancient Greek, that was a mathematical fact. So they built there own architecture and arts from thisconcept, and for most of us, they achieved great work. That is why, their representation of the humanare so beautiful for our eyes :)

Gregor Mendel

Wikipedia: Gregor Johann Mendel, 20 July 1822 – 6 January 1884) was a scientist, Augustinianfriar and abbot of St. Thomas' Abbey in Brno, Margraviate of Moravia. Mendel was born in a German-speaking family in the Silesian part of the Austrian Empire (today's Czech Republic) and gainedposthumous recognition as the founder of the modern science of genetics. Though farmers had knownfor millennia that crossbreeding of animals and plants could favor certain desirable traits, Mendel'spea plant experiments conducted between 1856 and 1863 established many of the rules of heredity, now referred to as the laws of Mendelian inheritance.

As describe in his work, recessive gene, could always raise back, even if they look disappeared...

Structure of DNA

With the discovery of Rosalind Franklin, Watson, Crick, and Maurice Wilkins, we now allknow better about this:

This beautiful fact, finally rely our heredity to chemistry. That is the recipe of the proteins, ofour body. Every phenotype, characteristic of the human body, are related to that recipe. Like the colorof the eyes and the fact that we have two legs and two arm.

Genetic

The posology of the the recipe

This picture is not great, but lets consider that while waiting for something better (Suzanne themonkey is not bad):

You have to look carefully, to see the T-U-A-C-C, RNA-P that is close to Suzanne. That is they key of this theory. Suzanne is representing a well known molecule, the ADN polymerase.

The theory that I favor is that outlined above: Most hereditary defects are following a disorderof primordial RNA. The primary RNA appeared before DNA in the most primitive stages ofdevelopment of life. These primordial RNA are directly involved in protein synthesis by controllingthe number which is produced. The more ad RNA-p of some kind the more likely that the code of theprotein is translated in the ribosomes. According to my estimates, they should be composed of 5 to 7bases (U, A, T, C), giving approximately 4^6= 4096 possibilities. Since there are about 20,000proteins in the human biological system, each RNA-p about controlling the production of 5 proteins. It is rather magical, says the combination of certain state in humans. The hereditary order ofprimordial RNA disorders can be classified in several ways, but I prefer the following for reasons ofreproductive order.

I. disorder on the initial RNA-p

II. disorder on RNA-p produced by the individual

III.combination of both

The last two options are the equivalent of a genetic disease such as that produced by a defect inthe DNA (DNA defects are very rare). So this system explains all the facts of genetics that remained toexplain. The true genetic diseases as defined in the past are very rare because when combining maleand female genes that cause Mendelian proportions are almost never observed. I think, because I'man optimist, that most hereditary diseases are type 1. This type of disorder can be eliminated in thechain of generations through manipulation still quite complicated but possible. The main way todetect the type of disorder is by studying the symptoms of identical twins. In this case, no one candeny the high probability of an almost identical genetic code. So if one of the two individuals have adisorder and the other does not seem possessed the same way, we are probably facing a type ofdisorder 1. Otherwise, if both present twins the same symptoms, were probably facing disorders oftype 2 and 3 as well as a default option (s) in the DNA.

As reported can be seen in the figure against the initial primary RNA's are very likelytransmitted entirely by the female in the case of organisms which reproduction can be described assuch. The volume of the egg is 36,000 times greater than that of the sperm and is filled with p-RNAthat come from the production of eggs, since any cell from a mother cell. The possibility that proteinmanage the production of the proteins produced by ribosomes is not valid since the volume of thenucleus does not allow their lives, because the volume occupied by other mechanisms takes all thespace and the remaining volume can not explain the diversity of the individual. The RNA-p by cons, can pass through the core pores allowing an existence sufficient to explain all the possibilities. Thisbesides the RNA-p are very small, about 15Å x 60 Å compared to proteins of several hundred timesbigger, even thousands.

So when the parent cell divides into two, the RNA proportions are found unchanged. Onemight add that it is however likely that the RNA-p of a certain type is not distributed equally. If thistype of RNA-p is produced in certain stages of development, by example, during ovulationsynthetically after the splicing of messenger RNA, there will be a type of disorder 1. In fact, thepossibilities are numerous, there are also cases where the synthesis of a certain type RNA-p is madeonly by duplicating RNA-p as was the case before the DNA, which also give rise to a type of disorder 1.This incomplete list, the fact of the great complexity of the subject, outlines the different possibilities:

VIII

Genetic

Type 1 disorder:

• RNA-p type of duplication in question by copying itself, in case the RNA-p of the daughter cellare unequally distributed.

• p-RNA synthesis by splicing of messenger RNA at a specific phase of the development cycleassociated with the initial stages of development.

• uneven duplication of RNA from mother cell to daughter cell, an RNA-p which acts on cellularmetabolism due to one critical step in the development of the individual.

• Error on a part of the DNA which causes the creation or the lack of an RNA-p of a certain typein an initial stage of development. If this DNA error is canceled by the association of the maleand female genes (if not type II).

Type 2 disorder:

• DNA abnormality which causes an incorrect number of RNA-p in one or more stages ofdevelopment.

Conclusion

In conclusion, the woman is responsible for most of heredity, not genetics, so the recipe, butthe dosage of each of the proteins produced in the body. Far from me to proclaim the superiority ofwomen, but it must establish the facts. The characteristics obtained after the reproduction of twoindividuals, in terms of heredity partly related to RNA-p, could theoretically be done and undone bymanipulations of the type transfer cytoplasm or adding pure RNA-p. To do this, simply add, and toundo partially subtract the cytoplasm, and to defeat completely, transfer the kernel, but there willnecessarily loss of other hereditary characteristics.
