Sub:-Ely Operation Circle, Eluru, APEPDCL O.C. Welfare Association Request

Transfers and Mutual Transfers which are approved by the C.M.D. APEPDCL

and other important persons Requested Regarding.

Ref:- C.G.M.HRD APEPDCL Lr. No. dated 6/2012.

The O.C. Welfare Association, Regional Secretary submits few lines for your kind

consideration and favorable orders please.

The kind Superintending Engineer Operation Eluru has issued Transfer orders to the

Employees who are working under the jurisdiction of West Godavari district, with best

satisfaction of the Unions and associations as per the instructions of our Honorable

Chairman & Managing Director, except Request,& Mutual Transfers, all the Unions and

Associations are requested to consider the Request Transfers in Existing Vacancies and also

vise versa vacancies and Mutual Transfers, but the Kind superintending Engineer, Operation

Eluru has not Considered the above, due to that all the Employees who are not effected in

general Transfers as per C.M.D. APEPDCL Vizag and A.P.Transco Hyderabad.

In this connection, The eligible Employees for request and Mutual Transfers and

Medical Considerations as per Guide Lines of APEPDCL Visakhapatnam are suffering with

their Family Problems, they were not able to express their feelings to the authorities, and

publicly the employees are commented on the Circle Management,

why because, the circle Managements in APEPDCL (Five Districts) and the Honorable

Chairman & Managing Director APEPDCL also Considered the Request and Mutual

Transfers and also Medical Cases, Except the Honorable Superintending Engineer

Operation Eluru. The reasons are not Known to the employees and as well as the Unions

and Associations Please. And there are no powers to the Superintending Engineer, to deviate

the Guide Lines of the Honorable Chairman & Managing Director, APEPDCL

Visakhapatnam at present, at a later date, the S.E. has not able to give any transfers (Requests

& Mutuals) in Ban Period, due to that the Opinion of the Employees, and creating unrest in

the Workers Mind.

And it is learnt that the Kind Superintending Engineer, has issued Modification

Transfer orders to the Local M.L.A. Who approached the House of the Kind Superintending

Engineer Operation Eluru on the Next day Morning at about 9.00 AM; When the Transfer

orders are issued.

Hence, it is requested the Kind Superintending Engineer, Operation, Eluru, Kindly

Consider the Request & Mutual Transfer and Medical Cases, along with Other Unions and

Associations also.

The O.C. Association Request & Mutual Transfers which was already submitted

within the Time given by the Honorable Chairman & Managing Director, APEPDCL

Visakhapatnam are furnished here Under Please.

1. Sri. A.Ganesh Babu J.A.O E.R.O. Tanuku to Tadepalligudem, he is eligible for

Request and Mutual As per Guide Lines. He is the Secretary of the APSEB

(Operation-Division) Employees Co-Operative Credit Society Limited E.No.1487 of

Tadepalligudem, his services are very essential to the Employees who are takingLoans and deposits at Tadepalligudem.

2. Sri. S.Venu gopal Senior Assistant E.R.O. Nidadavolu is eligible for Request Transfer

as per Guide Lines to Tanuku but the Kind authorities are not Considered his Case,

His Mother now in Mullapudi Trust Hospital at Tanuku.

3. Sri.K.Ravikumar Senior Assistant E.R.O. Tanuku to Tadepalligudem, his request

approved by the Honorable Chairman & Managing Director APEPDCL Vizag. In the

reference above please.

4. Sri.G.Sailus Kumar Junior Assist. Previous year his request considered to Eluru

instead of Tanuku, the S.E. Operation Eluru has Promised to consider in the Next year

(This Year)

5. Sri.G.Seshagiri Rao Senior Assistant E.R.O. Tadepalligudem is Eligible for Request

Transfer as per Guide Lines to Tanuku but the S.E./O/Eluru has not considered his

case.

6. Sri.Y.Sesha Rao L.M. Prakkilanka, his son is Mentally Disabled Person The Medical

Certificate is here With Enclosed for Request Transfer to Gopalapuram. of

Nidadavolu Division.

7. Sri G.Nageswararao L.M. SS. Nidadavole to Kovvuru SS, on Medical Grounds, he

met Road Accident with Head Inured, the Medical Certificates are enclosed.
