Mission
DNX Construction & General Trading is a newly incorporated Company, which
has been formed to foster the SMME objectives, inter-alia-:
?Create job opportunities for people in which it operates
?Contribute in development by creating wealth and improve the well-being of the
community by offering quality products
?Impose the initiative of ploughing back resources to the community
?Foster a vibrant economic atmosphere by being one of the leading organizations

To render Professional Services in the Construction, Transport, Security Services,
cleaning and general trading at competitive prices, hence promoting long- term

of local conditions in order to make the best use of available resources.
Our short-term objective is to obtain more realizable contracts so as to maximize the
optimum usage of our present resources.
Our long-term plan is to learn and grow in the Construction Industry.

We endeavor to use the most specialized sectors of
professional services and being committed in our

exceeding of clients expectations and needs. For all
technical related contracts and projects, we are mindful
of using the right personnel and expert services whilst
striking a balance in provision of employment and

Roles and Responsibilities
Nomthi Ximba
Diploma in Fundamental Management which included Labour Management, Financial Management, Production
Management, Business Management and Leadership. She further equipped herself with In-House Training at Avis Car
Rental where she eventually became Area Manager for the Limpopo Area.
Responsibilities include overall management of the business, identifying projects, costing and estimating and liaising with
the various clients.
Sandile Ngcobo will be responsible as a Technical and Operations Director and will thus supervise and direct all
technically related projects.
Pash Ngcobo will handle human resource management. His duties will entail hiring, screening, interviewing and
employing of suitable staff members. He will handle the payroll, wages and overtime and performance assessments.
Ayanda Mathebulai will handle the Sales, Marketing and Admin part of the business. Responsibilities will include
Customer services, developing marketing strategy, developing advertising concepts, arranging for product and placement
of advertising, arranging for publicity and management of relationships with Distributors.
Petrus Mkwanazi a plumber and an artisan in Water Reticulation for over twenty years will be responsible for all plumbing
and Water Reticulation Projects and Queries.
A total of 10 staff shall initially be hired for operations and sales.

Training
Business Interest
We the owners will need intensive training on various managerial fields to
consolidate our knowledge. We will be working with various service providers
and networking with other business organizations. We will develop company
policies on training and development. Establishment of affirmative action or
equity for the company will be enhanced. We will embark on programs to
familiarize ourselves with Quality Management.
Although we are a new company, we are committed to get advanced learning
and prepare ourselves for any joint venture in order to get on expansion.
There are several key factors that can be identified as being particularly
important in our organization's ability to succeed in the business arena. In order
of relative importance these factors are:

Nomthi Ximba is currently a successful business-woman. She solely owns and
runs a travel Agency viz Badiredi Travel Agency and does a fair amount of
business with government and corporates alike. This business has been
operating since February 2008.
One cannot afford to place all one's eggs in one basket. Hence, the decision to
break away and explore new avenues. Nomthi may be new to the Construction
Industry but, not to business. She has also surrounded herself with
experienced professional staff to assist her in accomplishing her goals.
