M-675, M-775 and M-678 5-Valve Manifolds for Natural Gas Differential Pressure The PGI 5-Valve manifolds are designed for natural gas service and provide bubble-tight seats and seals. Static pressure and calibration test connections are standard and located conveniently on the Instrument Side Flange. The five valves provide the flexibility to test the differential pressure and static pressure measurement capability of the Differential Pressure transmitters. Verifying the performance of flow transmitters while installed in the process saves time and money compared to removing transmitters for bench calibration and verification. The multi-sensing and multivariable capability of the EJX transmitter can be easily validated using a pressure source and field calibrator. Pipestand Mounting The optional mounting bracket allows the manifold to be mounted prior to the installation of the transmitter and easily removed when necessary. Rolled Stem Threads Unlike cut threads, rolled stem threads have more strength and longer life. 5-Year Stem Seal Warranty The Teflon ® Pressure-Core ® Stem Seal design provides leak-free performance with no maintenance requirements. The Teflon shell offers the desired chemical resistance without periodic gland tightening as required with conventional designs. Soft and Hard Seats Soft seats are easily replaced in the field if damaged. Soft seats remain bubble tight even after exposed to sand or grit. Natural Gas Differential Pressure

The PGI 5-Valve manifolds are designed for natural gas service and provide bubble-tight seats and seals. Static pressure and calibration test connections are standard and located conveniently on the Instrument Side Flange.
