This program assists people in high-demand roles or environments to develop as leaders, become more focused and build their mental and emotional resilience. Self-leadership develops leaders from the ‘inside out’ by focusing first on self-awareness which empowers individuals to take responsibility for their own mindset as the foundation for creating engaged, high-performing teams. Leaders who have a strong understanding of self, are better able to manage interpersonal and organisational stressors, are more effective, more productive, and less likely to experience dis-stress. This is a program of resilience, leadership and performance.
