Technology Dynamics (TDI) was founded in 1976

Nova Electric was founded in 1966 and acquired by TDI in 1990

Mid Eastern was founded in 1958 and acquired by TDI in 1990

Prototypes Inc. was founded in 1970 and acquired by TDI in 2001

Electronics Integration Technology was acquired by TDI in 2007

Nova Electric Division was founded in 1966 and purchased by Technology Dynamics in

1990. Nova supplies rugged UPS Systems, DC-AC Inverters, and Solid-State Frequency

Converters designed for use in severe-environment and military applications. Typical

applications include shipboard, aircraft, shelters, and military ground vehicle systems. The

company also provides product to commercial utilities, mines, steel mills, airports, etc.

Nova’s products are commercially-based, and use some commercial components –

however, they are acclimatized to withstand American and NATO shock, vibration, humidity

and EMI military specifications. Nova Electric is deeply entrenched in military-related

applications, especially Navy and Ground Vehicles and other High Profile Missile Defense

Programs.

Mid Eastern Industries Division was founded in 1958 and purchased by Technology

Dynamics in 1990.

Mid-Eastern Industries has been one of the world’s leaders in Linear Power Supply

design. Offering a full line of laboratory programmable and non programmable Linear

Power Supplies, the company serves the commercial and military needs for high

precision and low noise linear power sources with optional RS485 or IEEE

communication protocol.

The company is a choice of the US Navy for highly complex, linear power systems for

towed array underwater applications, as well as a leading supplier of linear multirack

power systems for control systems used in the pharmaceutical, oil and high power audio

amplification.

Technology Dynamics, Inc. (TDI) manufacturers high reliability Switching Mode Power

Supplies, and DC-DC converters, in the range 150 W to 25 KW and larger. The company

has over 3500 Standard, Commercial-Off-The-Shelf, modified, and full custom power

supply designs. Most of its sales come from modifying these standard products and purely

customized designs, and totally custom designs.

TDI manufacturers and sells military units for land, avionic, and shipboard applications.

These units meet the stringent requirements of MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-

16400, MIL-STD-901, etc.

TDI is also heavily involved in the telecommunications market. We have unique highly

reliable products with high power in small packages and features such as: Redundancy,

Battery Backup, and Low Voltage Battery Disconnect.

NOVA Integration Solutions packages sensitive electronic equipment into MIL-spec

enclosures and chassis suitable for direct deployment into virtually any environmental

board design, simulation and verification using advanced CAE tools; 3-dimensional

mechanical design, and verification through computational fluid dynamics (CFD),
