Day One• Day One you are preparing

your system for theupcoming programme.

• Your only source of nutritionis fresh or canned fruits.Fruits are nature's perfectfood.

• They provide everything youcould possibly want tosustain life except totalbalance and variety.

• All fruits except bananas.Your first day will consist ofall the fruits you want.

• It is strongly suggested thatyou consume lots of melonsthe first day.

• Especially watermelon and aloupe.

• If you limit your fruitconsumption to melons, yourchances of losing one kg toone and half kg on first dayare very good.

Day Two• Body starts with a fix of complex

carbo-hydrates coupled with an oildose.

• This is taken in the morning forenergy and balance.

• The rest of day two consists ofvegetables which are virtuallycalorie free and provide essentialnutrients and fibre.

• All vegetables.• You are encouraged to eat until

you are stuffed with all the raw orcooked vegetables of your choice.

• Try to eat leafy green vegetablesand stay away from dry beans, andpeas.

• There is no limit on the amount ortype.

• For your complex carbohydrate,you will start day two with a largebaked potato for breakfast.

• You may top the potato with onepat of butter.

Day Three• Plan eliminates the potato

because you get yourcarbohydrates from thefruits.

• You system is nowprepared to start burningexcess pounds.

• You will still have cravingswhich should start todiminish by day four.

• A mixture of fruits andvegetables of your choice.Any amount, any quantity.

• No bananas yet. Nopotatoes today.

Day Four,• Bananas and milk.• Today you will eat as many as

eight bananas and drink threeglasses of milk.

• This will be combined with thespecial soup which may beeaten in limited quantities.

• bananas, milk and soup soundthe strangest and leastdesirable.

• You're in for a surprise. Youprobably will not eat all thebananas allowed.

• But they are there for thepotassium you have lost and thesodium you may have missedthe past three days.

• You will notice a definite loss ofdesire for sweets.

• You will be surprised how easythis day will go.

Day Five

• Today is feast day.• You will eat beef and tomatoes. Veg

guys can replace it by rice, greens,curds and potatoes.

• Eat two 10 oz. portions of lean beefor 2 bowls of rice. Hamburger is OK.

• Combine this with six wholetomatoes.

• On day five you must increase yourwater intake by one litre.

• This is to cleanse your system of theuric acid you will be producing.

• Beef and tomatoes. The beef is foriron and proteins, the tomatoes arefor digestion and fibre.

• Lots and lots of water purifies yoursystem. You should notice colourlessurine today.

• Your allowance calls for the equivalentof five "quarter ponders".

• Do not feel you have to eat all thisbeef. You must eat the six tomatoes.

Day Six• Beef and vegetables. You

can replace beef with abowl rice, greens andCurds.

• Today you may eat anunlimited amount of beef/rice, greens, 2 bowls ofcurd and vegetables.

• Eat to your hearts content.

• Day Six is similar to dayfive, Iron and proteinsfrom beef, Vitamins andfibre from vegetables.

• By now your system is in atotal weight lossinclination.

• There should be anoticeable difference in theway you look today,compared to day one.

Day Seven

• Today your food intake willconsist of brown rice, fruitand fruit juices and all thevegetables you care toconsume

• You have your system undercontrol and it should thankyou for the flushing andcleaning you just gave it.

Wonder Soup• The following soup is intended as a supplement to your diet.• It can be eaten any time of the day in virtually unlimited

quantities.• You are encouraged to consume large quantities of this soup.• 1.2 L Water, 6 Large Onions, 2 Green Peppers, Whole

Tomatoes (fresh or canned), 1 Head Cabbage, 1 Bunch Celery,Herbs and Flavouring as desired.

REMEMBER:

Beverages you may consume while on the program :Water (flavoured with lemon/lime if desired).Club Soda is OK.Black Coffee. No cream or cream substitute. No sugar or sweetness.Black Tea = Herb or Leaf.Absolutely nothing else except the fruit juices which are part of day seven. Nofruit juices before day seven.

One apple + 1-2 glasses of water• 2) MID-MORNING: (10-30 a.m. - 11.00 p.m.)

One bowl of raw papaya + 1-2 glasses of water• 3) LUNCH: (1.00 p.m.-1.30 p.m.)

One bowl of watermelon OR muskmelon + 1 to 1-1/2 glasses of water• 4) TEA: (4.00 p.m. - 4.30 p.m.)

One orange OR one sweet lime OR one chiku + 1 to 1-1/2 glasses of water• 5) EVENING: (6.00 p.m. - 6.30 p.m.)

One glass of coconut water• 6) DINNER: (8.30 p.m. - 9.00 p.m.)

One apple + 1-2 glasses of water• NOTE: Only fruits are consumed on the first day of GM diet. Banana should be

avoided.

Boiled beetroot + Cucumber + Carrot + Tomatoes + Raw cabbage, can add saltand other spices + water

• NOTE: On the 7th day, brown rice, vegetables, and fruit juices are only consumed

Post script…..• Most fad diets do not make any allowance for

maintaining the weight that is lost.• And, eventually, most dieters find the diet too

monotonous to stick to for the long term.• They then resort to bad dietary habits again.• Instead of merely yielding short-term results, a correct
