6. MYERS-BRIGGS INVENTORY AND OVERVIEW: Each participant will complete and receive a personal Myers-Briggs report with their type indicator. The course includes an overview of each Myers-Briggs type covering the qualities and tendencies along with perceptions. Lessons include how to better understand each other including strengths and differences plus incorporating different perspectives into project management or problem solving. Optional: A team composite/report of the full management team can be produced and discussed as to how to leverage individual strengths to produce full team effectiveness. Course Length 4-6 Hours

7. TEAMBUILDING: Following the core principles in the “Overcoming the Five Dysfunctions of the Team,” the management team attends this session as a working group. Discovery and reinforcement activities are incorporated into the program. The pyramid model of the Five Dysfunctions is covered in detail: Inattention to Results, Avoidance of Accountability, Lack of Commitment, Fear of Conflict and Absence of Trust. The Management team will work together to identify ways to leverage core strength and set goals to achieve outcomes. Course Length 3-5 Hours

8. LEADERSHIP SESSIONS: NLP can design a Leadership Strategy or Team Effectiveness session specific to any organization. The session or workshop can be run in conjunction with an off-site Planning Meeting or on-site series. Topics may include: Stages of Team Effectiveness and Goal Setting, Managing for Organizational Effectiveness, Business Planning, etc.
