    GENERAL GUIDELINES FOR TEAM LEADER ARTISTS

    1. This event shall be officially called Lakbay para sa KapaYapaAn sa EDSA and/or AJourney of Peace in EDSA .

    2. The Lakbay para sa KapaYapaAn sa EDSA will be held on the following dates and venue:

    3. The Asia America Initiative (AAI) Philippines together with its main partner

    organizations/institutions such as the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) and DolphinsLove Freedom (DLF) Movement are the official organizers and head of the STEERINGCOMMITTEE that shall provide official instructions, orders, and guidelines for the entireproject.

    4. This project is strongly supported by the Office of the Presidential Adviser on the PeaceProcess (OPAPP) and with the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA).

    5. There shall be more than 1,000 volunteers all-over the country who will be participating inthe said event.

    6. There will be NO REGISTRATION FEES to be collected.

    7. There will be invited ARTISTS and ARTS ENTHUSIATS to facilitate the painting procedure suchas the color mixing and the right color to be used in wall painting.

    8. Artists are the Team Leaders of their respective teams. They are tasked to accompany andguide their members during the course of peace mural painting since there will be a lot ofnon-artist volunteers who will be joining the said event.

    9. All invited artists must bring the following materials and equipment on the day of theactivity, to wit, as follows:

    a. One (1) pc 2 inches brush; b. Used PET bottles cut into half / plastic cups (for the paints); c. Personal Hygiene Kit (sunblock, alcohol, wipes etc. as needed); d. Water Bottle (Water refilling stations will be provided in the area); e. Hat/Cap/Umbrella and extra clothes and; f. Valid ID for verification purposes.

    10. Lunch will be served for all invited artists. However, they must provide their own snacks. Forspecial diet such as vegetarians and among others, all volunteers must provide their ownfood.

    11. All volunteers are NOT ALLOWED to go and stay beyond EDSA and concrete pavements infront of Camp Aguinaldo to avoid accident and traffic congestion during the activity.

    12. Each team leader artists will be assigned in one of the stations. There will be six (6) stationswith one (1) station leader, sixteen (16) team leader artists, secretariats catering to theneeds of the group, security, photographers and videographers.
