As you know golf is a gentleman’s game… We rely on yourhonesty and integrity to keep this tournament a fun and giving event. We do not want to have to “police” legitimatescoring so please be honorable with your scoring and use ofmulligans. And most of all HAVE FUN!

FORMATGolfers of all skill levels are invited.

The tournament is a four man (or woman…) Florida Scramble.

The tournament is not handicapped so bring your best team!

Individuals will be placed if possible.

DETAILS – Registration must be turned in and

paid by 9/1/11COST: $100 per player ($400 per team) – includes green feecart, gift bag, T-shirt, lunch, beverages (beer • water • soda)and dinner at the awards banquet.

Mulligans may be purchased for $5 each (4 maximum perplayer).

Putting contest: takes place immediately prior to shotgunstart. Cost $10.

Door prizes: Each player is entered to win prizes from severaldrawings held at the awards ceremony!
