Any deviation from these drawings must be communicated in
writing toand reviewed by your local GE Healthcare Installation
Project Managerprior to making changes.
Make arrangements for any rigging, special handling, or
facilitymodifications that must be made to deliver the equipment to
theinstallation site. If desired, your local GE Healthcare
Installation ProjectManager can supply a reference list of rigging
contractors.
New construction requires the following; 1. Secure area for
equipment,
analysis, 4. Restrooms.
Provide for refuse removal and disposal (e.g. crates, cartons,
packing)
2. Power for drills and other test equipment, 3. Capability for
image
Contact a radiation physicist or consultant to specify
radiationcontainment requirements.

aredustfree. Roomsecuritytopreventunauthorizedaccess
andtheft hasbeendiscussedwith customer.Thecustomeris
awareofthese securityissues,implicationsand responsibility.
InroomHVAC ductworkandunits (inroom)mustbe
mechanicallyinstalledand dustfree. Installationrooms
appearto meetenvironmentalconditions(seeFurther
Definitions)and observedissueshavebeencommunicatedto
thecustomer. Ifbeingstored, storageareamustmeet PIM
storagecriteria.

GE Equipment DeliveryRequirements
Items 1 through 8 on the GE Healthcare Site Readiness Checklist
are REQUIRED to facilitate equipmentdelivery to the installation
site. Equipment will not be delivered if these requirements are not
satisfied.

not construction or site preparation drawings. Customer remains
ultimatelyresponsible for preparing the site to accommodate the

Healthcare's writtenspecifications and all applicable federal,
state, and/or local requirements.
