GCS Tuition and Fees
School Year 2017-2018
Application and Registration Fees
Application Fee due with Online Application for your 1st child is $125 (non-refundable)
Additional children in your family applying to GCS have an application fee of $25 (non-refundable)
Registration Fee (once accepted) is $250 per new family (non-refundable and due at time of enrollment)

Class/Book/Tech/Activity Fees (per student):
o K - 5th Class $150 Book $200 Tech $50 Field Trips $50 = $450
o MS Class $150 Book $200 Tech $75 Activity Fee $175 = $600
o HS Class $250 Book $225 Tech $75 Activity Fee $200 = $750
Fees Not Included in Total Tuition:
Security Fee - $75/family
Graduation Fee - $200 for Seniors only
Activity Fees:
Kindergarten & Elementary Activity fee of $50 is for field trips
Middle School and High School students have an activity fee which covers the Fall Retreat,
Fine Arts, Athletic Participation, and other minimal Field Trip activities.
Middle Activity Fee - $175
High School Activity Fee - $200
Learning Support Program:
There is a charge for this program above the “Annual Tuition” noted above depending on which Tier
Level (I, II, III) your child(ren) may require.

Other Notes:
o The School requires all families to pay tuition in full or according to the GCS approved payment plan.
o After acceptance of admittance to GCS or after re-enrollment, if a family withdraws before August 1st,
there is a $500 withdrawal fee. After August 1st, the family is responsible for the $500 withdrawal fee
and tuition (prorated by the marking period). o Admissions application/registration/re-enrollment fees are not refundable for any reason.
o Book and class fees are not refundable after June 30th
.
Special Discounts:
Total Tuition & Fees paid in full by June 15th
will receive a 2% discount.
Pastor Discount:
o GCS will continue to provide up to a 20% discount to full-time pastors who meet the qualifications of
our Pastor Discount Program (form completed by Deacon Board or other leadership body). Verification
form must be received by May 15th
to receive this discount.
Multi-Child Discounts: (MCD now applies to Total Tuition and also includes Other Fees as listed above, except for Application,
Registration, Security & Graduation Fees)
GCS will continue to provide MCD for families with more than one child enrolled in the GCS K-12
program.
o MCD does not apply to students who are enrolled in the CDC program.
Families with two children enrolled pay full tuition for their 1st child (highest level of tuition) and pay
tuition discounted at 27% for their 2nd
child.
Families with three children enrolled pay full tuition for their 1st child (highest level of tuition) and pay
tuition discounted at 27% for the 2nd
child, and pay tuition discounted at 37% for their 3rd
child
Families with four or more children will have their 4th or more child’s tuition discounted at the 3
rd child
discount or a tuition discount of 37%.
Tuition Assistance:
Tuition Assistance is available for families who apply and meet the qualification guidelines. New
families must be accepted for admissions before applying for Tuition Assistance. Application deadline
is May 1st.
Special Note: If applicable, any and all Discounts/Tuition Assistance are applied after any scholarships, grants,
Opportunity Scholarship, Disability Grants, or other.
