I have 20 plus years in supervisory and management roles. I started with Air Products/Airgas in the Denver area in 1989, within 5yrs was promoted to Lead Operator in the Oklahoma City, OK plant, after 2 ½ years there I promoted to Plant Manager in the Albany, Ga plant where I stayed for 14 yrs. In 2010 I requested a transfer to the Henderson Colorado plant and was the Plant Manger until April 2015

In my role as manager I completed most of the roles you are seeking to include but not limited to:Managing incoming and outgoing calls, emails shipping and receiving. I was responsible for purchasing and stocking items needed in the daily operations of the plant. I was tasked with numerous projects through my career including the successful implementation of SAP computer programs at both Albany and Henderson. As a manger of 16 persons at any given time I have excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
