CG update and discussing on the policy of Anti-Bribery and Corruption

Corporate Secretary function carried out update sharing session on anti-corruption policy under FCPA and UK Anti-Bribery act to all function head in Jakarta Office. The event was held on 5 May 2017.

As to make anti-bribery and corruption one of the company culture, in that sharing session all function heads again reminded that the company has had in place the Policy of Anti-Bribery and Corruption that must be faithfully comply with by all the ITM Members.

ITM CG Day: Safeguarding and Fostering Our Business Ethics

As a continuation of last year’s CG Day theme, Walk the Talk: Doing Business Ethically, all ITM employees were joined again by colleagues from all sites via video conference to attend this year’s CG Day, which brought up the theme “Safeguarding & Fostering Our Business Ethics. The event was held on 23 October 2017 in Duta Room Pondok Indah Office Tower III.

This fifth annual CG Day event was also attended by the members of ITM commissioner and director, as well as invited representatives of contractors, banks, vendors, suppliers, etc.

Attractively led by stand-up comedian Soleh Solihun as MC, the event presented two guest speakers for sharing the knowledge and experience in upholding business ethics, FCPA, UK Bribery Act, PerMA 13 year 2016 and ISO 37001. They were; Waluyo, who is Commissioner of the Indonesian Civil Service Reform Commission and member of National Committee on Governance, and Linda Budiman of General Electric (GE) Indonesia.

CG Quiz : Code of Conduct Improvement “ Now everyone can contribute to improve our code of conduct”

With the purpose to involve all ITM group members and to gain sense of ownership toward the Code of Conduct improvement and make all ITM group members learn deeper and share their idea on what is the best and most suitable Code of Conduct to be implemented including on how to communicate and socialize it effectively. The Quiz was conducted on 26th July up to 11 September 2017. Received 21 entries from 11 Participants from respective mine sites.

Campaign and promotion of GCG facilities

To make GCG also the company culture that interlocking with the company core values, campaign and promotion on GCG policy and facilities are important to make ITM members keep alert and aware on it through the company intranet and other internal media such as digital signet, wallpaper, standing banner and event souvenirs.
