Who are we and why are we here?

Our mission is simple. We want to help our community help itself by pooling our money together and voting as a united group to award grants. This year we decided that our annual dues will be $250. Your tax-deductible dues will be given out in grants of between $1,000-$10,000 to people and organizations helping others in the 32561 and 32563 zip codes.

We are looking for women with a heart to help our community with their $250 membership. Although we will approve grants for organizations in the 32561 and 32563 area codes, our members can be from any zip code. Every member has a vote, and 100% of the membership funds collected will be distributed back to the community. Together we can do much more.

We Want Your Grants!

Gulf Breeze Will Do held a grant workshop for potential applicants on January 12th at the South Santa Rosa County campus of Pensacola State College. Board members were on hand to explain the application process.

Do you know of a worthy project or initiative that will benefit the 32561 and/or 32563 community? Please encourage that individual or group to apply. Applications are available on our website at www.gulfbreezewilldo.org. Grant applications must be complete and emailed to grantrequests@gulfbreezewilldo.org or postmarked by February 28th, 2015. Questions about the grant process can be emailed to grants@gulfbreezewilldo.org.

Want to serve on a Grant Selection

Committee?

Gulf Breeze Will Do members who would like to serve on a grant selection committee should attend our first meeting on Thursday, March 5th in the Clay Ford room at The Gulf Breeze Recreation Center at 5:30pm.

Grant selection committee members will be tasked with reading all the grants in their assigned category and selecting the finalists to be voted on by the general membership.

Members wishing to serve on a grant selection committee should bring a USB drive of at least 8GB to the March 5th meeting. The grant selection committees will be meeting at various times and venues throughout March to narrow down the finalists for grants.

All members are invited to be a part of the grant selection committees. Hope to see you on March 5th!

Each quarter, Gulf Breeze Will Do will support one of our community

establishments for a casual social.
