Extraordinary product range

The wide variety of DURAN® tubing and half shells allows for maximum creativity and individuality. It can be exposed to long-term intensive environmental conditions and has a longstanding track record for lamp housings. An additional coating can also be applied that minimizes surface dirt and distracting light reflections.A thermally pre-stressed DURAN® product called DURATAN® is suitable for most extreme uses. This glass has on average two to three times higher resistance to tension and mecha-nical shock compared to DURAN®. It is a proven material in applications such as explosion proof lighting.
