S t. Elizabeth Hospital, Incorporated, has been operational for almost fifty

years now. This is quite an accomplishment for a corporation with humble

beginnings. From being a 25-bed capacity health facility to a 181-bed, Center of

Quality tertiary hospital offering one of the best quality health services in the

region, we have certainly come a long way. But with all these improvements,

with all the recognition and achievements that the hospital has gained, still, our

future is not completely guaranteed. In fact, not one company, business, nor

corporation is, not without a clear strategic plan.
